As the impact of the Coronavirus (Covid-19) pandemic continues to unfold, I wanted to assure you that First Financial Network has implemented the necessary practices to safeguard our employees while continuing to provide the exceptional advisory services that we always have.

We are fully operational and open for business.

As always, our focus is serving the needs of both our clients and our colleagues. We are teleworking seamlessly without interruption to our suite of services and online loan sale platform capabilities. To ensure that we are securely working at full capacity, we have taken the following proactive steps to avoid potential disruptions:

  • Our secure servers are cloud-based, which offers increased stability and security
  • Our employees are working from home and have all the necessary security protocols in place
  • FFN’s phone system allows fielding of calls as usual regardless of physical location
  • All employees returning from travel have been quarantined for 14 days

Please know that although we have not been through this particular type of crisis, we have been through many others. We were there for you then, and we are now.
