First Financial Network Inc. is offering two loan portfolios on behalf of clients.
The Oklahoma City loan-sales adviser will take bids on Dec. 6 for a portfolio of $16 million performing and nonperforming loans against retail, land, multifamily and residential properties in Michigan. It has divided the portfolio into eight pools based on borrower relationship, collateral type and quality.
And it will take offers on Dec. 16 for a portfolio of $10 million of performing commercial mortgages in New York, Connecticut, Texas and California. The portfolio has been divided into seven pools based on borrower relationship, collateral type and geography. Five of the borrower relationships are greater than $1 million each.
