Jamie Hook, Executive Vice President, serves as Project Manager for the majority of FFN’s loan sales, overseeing every stage of the transaction. Having over 30 years of experience, his expertise is invaluable to the successful execution of FFN’s loan sales. Jamie’s knowledge of the market, combined with his long-term experience of sale structures and processes, enables him to provide FFN’s clients an unmatched loan sale advisory perspective. Jamie’s long term tenure includes both domestic and international sale initiatives, having led the first consumer loan sales conducted in Mexico and Canada as a part of FFN’s international loan sale efforts.

As Valuation Director, Jamie oversees  loan valuations, loan analysis, portfolio stratification and modeling on behalf of FFN’s clients. Under his leadership, FFN performed valuations in the last calendar year alone on assets comprising over $800B UPB.

Jamie was essential  to the development and completion of FFN’s proprietary, market-based pricing model, FirstValue™, which provides accurate value projections for all types of loans and portfolios of any size. The FirstValue™ model is currently used to project loan values for FFN’s clients and numerous FHLB’s for quarterly and annual benchmarking.
