Bliss A. Morris, Founder and CEO
Bliss Morris began her career in loan sales after being selected to participate in one of the first FDIC Asset Marketing Departments in the nation. Her FDIC tenure and extensive involvement in numerous failed bank closings during the U.S. Banking and Savings & Loan Crisis gave her a clear understanding of loan valuation and disposition while establishing strong ties in the marketplace.
Bliss founded First Financial Network and has driven its strategy, growth and development since 1989. Bliss develops solutions that provide balance and resolve asset disposition challenges for FFN’s clients. Her commentary has been featured on CNBC, Bloomberg, GlobeSt. and Reuters. In 2010 Bliss was honored as Oklahoma’s Top CEO by The Journal Record and she is a 2016 Housing Wire Woman of Influence.
Her extensive level of experience and knowledge of the loan sale industry have made her a pioneer in establishing secondary markets for whole loans. Under her leadership, FFN has sold billions in all types of performing and non-performing loans in 30 countries.
"Bliss's ability to manage these sales and create market liquidity in a very challenging economic environment has played an instrumental role in healing our country's financial system. Bliss runs her company and conducts business with the highest level of personal integrity. She is a role model for working mothers and giving back to her community."
